Yuanheng Investment Limited (Canada) was duly registered in British Columbia, Canada in 2004. With our strength and teamwork, coupled with our experience and the great opportunities we meet in the fast development of real estate market in North America during recent years, and through further understanding of real estate market, our company has grown from investment on single houses to development of townhouses, apartment buildings and commercial properties.

In developing new projects, our company has unique appreciation to good location and North American design concept. We take project evaluation as one of the most important aspects in our undertakings and are committed to the best construction work. With single house development, we focus not only on the perfect outlook, but also on the quality of interior design. Take for example the project that is ready to market and is located at 6865 Adera St, we tried to fit our design for the location and make it possible that the residents can enjoy views of the sea and mountains. We take more factors into consideration in townhouse development. In the SpaceStyle project that is located at Eckersley St, Richmond and will be brought to market by the end of the year, we chose a location that is close to School District-- Cooney Elementary School, commercial centre-- Richmond Centre and also has easy access to transportation-- SkyTrain. Though the project has a central location on the nexus of the transportation and commercial centre, it can still enjoy privacy. In the long run, the project has great investment potential. Another example is Fengge Garden that is under planning and located at 49 Street and Ash Street in West Vancouver, facing Tisdall Park. This project can meet residents' needs in every aspect--location:West Vancouver; transportation: Sky Train; school district: Peretz School; commerce: Oakridge Mall. We also develop apartment buildings and business centres. For example, “Yuanheng Apartments” project that is under planning and temporarily named after the company is located at the highest point of Broadway between Granville St and Oak St. Facing south, this apartment building encompasses the views of North Vancouver, Downtown Vancouver and English Bay. The first floor is home to businesses; the second floor is reserved for office space; the third floor and above are space for residential apartments. The above examples can only show our development strength and concept, but our goal is to win the recognition of market. We will take new project development as the company’s direction.
