Yuanheng Holdings Ltd. has founded in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2004 as a real estate development company. During the past 7 years, Yuanheng Holdings Ltd. has grown from a Vancouver West since Single family residential builder developer into a concrete high-Rise multi-family mixed-use commercial & residential developer.
In addition to having completed nearly 30 single family luxury residences, Yuanheng Holdings Ltd. has also recently completed two luxury townhouse developments, The Style/Space in Richmond and The Weston Walk in Vancouver’s exclusive Oakridge area; and a 12 story mixed-use retail, office and condominium development, The Wesley, on west Broadway in Vancouver.
A 10 story residential condominium development at 538 W 7th Avenue in Vancouver near the Cambie Corridor will start construction in May 2012.
